Oded Shefer

Founder and CEO, leading the professional, operational and business activities in the company.

Oded has over a decade of experience in leading complex technological projects both in the IDF and in large Israeli enterprise level companies.

Oded's experience includes serving as a product manager in CogniFit. He then gained experience in developing sophisticated and cutting-edge decision support tools, online psychological tests, and electronic learning systems. His academic background is in Cognitive Science research of mental models, and he has unique experience in implementing this knowledge in technological applications. Oded holds a MSc. in Industrial Psychology from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Eyal Mey-Tal

CO-Founder and VP R&D, is responsible for the research and development of CPattern´s technology.

Eyal is a seasoned R&D executive with over 12 years of software management experience, and a strong track record in leading and developing complex enterprise applications.

Eyal is highly experienced in software development methodologies, software architecture and building large scale internet applications. Eyal's previous roles include leading the development of 3 product lines in Press-sense. Prior to joining Press-sense Eyal managed software development in Vinet Global and AppSwing. Eyal holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Tomer Yaniv

CTO, is the company's Subject Matter Expert in trading, and in charge of the BI and algorithms development.

Tomer is a professional trader, Applied Mathematician, and researcher with over 7 years of hands–on trading experience in bonds, stocks, futures, forex, and options in several leading investments houses (e.g. PI investment house). In the past years he has been developing algorithmic trading strategies using highly sophisticated mathematical methods. Tomer holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Tel Aviv.
